On the Workfront
On the workfront, I'm still working on a large scale 5-day Mobile VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Testing) project in my rural area. It will be coupled with a concert, positive living speakers, education and of course HIV testing. I hope that by bringing VCT to the rural communities, people will be empowered by knowing their status. It will be covered in Zambian media, radio, newspaper and television. Please friends keep this event in your prayers.

God bless you, Gurl! My choir sang with the Sinikithemba choir this month (you can read about it on my blog dated 10/19/06). They are a group of HIV positive South African artists, singers and dancers who perform to raise money for their care. I thought about you when we were singing, "SistaNubia should be here dancing!" Glad you got to spend time with your soror. Less than a year to go! We miss you, stay safe.
